Ordering By Mail / Money Order

If you wish you can order by mail by simply writing down the product(s) you are interested in and mailing a money order or check to Beatonestop.com. Please submit your name, return address, and a contact phone number, the type of sampler/MPC/Keyboard that you use. When placing an order by mail also add $6.50 shipping and handling to all orders in the USA /Canada and $19.99 for all other countries.

Warranty Policy and Returns

We will replace any defective disk or Disc for any reasonable reason. Simply return the disk to our PO Box and $2.50 shipping and handling. Other products like Zip Drives, ETC, come with a 90 day warranty. Before returning any product. Please call (678) 565-8630 to get authorization for the return.

Return Policy: Due to copyright infringement laws, we can only exchange and return shipped CD-ROMs, Flash Cards, Zip Disk, products that are defective. There are no refunds. Downloaded products are non-returnable and non refundable. You must contact Beatonestop and request a RMA (Return Management Authorization) and return the product within 30 days of purchase. We encourage all customers to listen to the product demos and read the product descriptions before purchasing our product to ensure that you are purchasing the product that best fits your needs.
